3. A 6-YEAR Warranty is provided to your company for parts AND labor on the 3COM© system.
   
   
4. The 3COM© NBX system is kept current with future software releases made available to you at zero cost for the 6-year term.
   
   
5. We will become the single point provider of all Dial Tone Services and resolution of service issues.
   
   
6. At the end of the first five years, your company will have the option of upgrading to any system of your choice at no additional cost.
